I'll talk english next time, or maybe translate it.
but this bug is for brazilian people who use Leopard in PT-BR.
All other languages are okay, without this bug.

The bug affect keyboard and mouse in system preferences, and the window just don't open. So users have to change the language in order to change the settings.
