Does the counting backward thing WHILE visualizing/imaginating the relxing scenario really work? For me personally I need to be heavilly immersed in the environment to go into trance, no distracitons, mental or otherwise, allowed. Therefore when I hypnotise my friends I do the same thing and try to ensure that there is no distraction. But maybe for other people it helps to have the disorientation of multitasking with their mind. I will definitely try this next time. Thanks for the great vid.

I like this. There are many different scripts you can use and ways to induce a trance but this is very good. I'm from the States and I've decided to start a free website to people like me who didn't have that much money for hypnosis. I've paid upwards of almost $150 for just a half hour. In America people are stressed out more than ever and highly confused. I'm a psychology/Anthropology student but started the site as a project to help people. I'm glad you've posted these videos for free here.
