i was so busy trying to look the old guy in the eyes that right as he started to turn his head it sent a chill down my spine and i pushed back from the desk

This animation piece just sent chills up my spine.
Music invokes the emotion greatly...it moves so hauntingly slow in a way that it's like drifting between frightened anticipation yet dread of what may happen next..
An admirable piece of work. The sound design especially is evocative & makes the piece. Your intention of showing it as a loop gives it a perfect unity.
Thanks! in an ideal world it would be constantly looping, and it would have no beginning or end (atleast that's how I made it!). I think viewing it on here its a lot easier for people to see it as 2 seperate halves, but I'm glad you see it without devision.
oh no problem; see it works in so many levels in my eyes, it's great. Like for example it shows, what i would say, "contemplation", wether of life (past and future), what was lived and what will be lived, or contemplation self, you know what I mean?
I also think this piece is incredible. Its haunting, hallucinating, and beautiful. The way it is made is really nice, it looks very old, and the music... brilliant. I think the first and the second part work very well with one another. They don't really match, but then again, they really do. That's the beauty of it.
i love this shorfilm, it's just perfect, i love works from UK, congratulations.

I liked it... the two parts complimented each other well, though they could just as well have been separated.
Nice piece of work there.

I think it's great; I feel this is not a "devided" film. The story has no division.
I loved it

Quite an incredible piece of work. I felt the second half detracted from it though, I see the point but I feel it lacks the strength of the first.
