  • what is a good weight for the dumbell presses and dead lifts

  • @umasslacrosse23 Use about 75% or less of your max for deadlift...you want challenge yourself - Use light weight with dumbbell - 50% or less...start there and adjust accordingly, if it is too easy, increase the weight, if you can barely get 10 reps, then decrease the weight

  • awsome guys, thanks so much for the vids. my workouts are never boring. last saturday I was wrestling with this guy, and I was flying and manhandling the guy like a fly. this workouts make a difference. I already feel it. keep up, thanks for blessing us.
