i one those people that ip singed this letter. i paid ones in 2010 and now the ask second payment and the third soon. I come from cyprus. I contact with the spain embassy and the told also to ognore them.

i would like also to have your personal advise in the matter as result of my payment in 2010. waht i have to do? to pay or not the rest amount?
