Why doesn't Fanatiq use MAS on dreamcast? He loses because he can't call psylocke once he DHCs storm in. Why handicap yourself for no good reason?

You can call Storm on a MAS: you're asking why he decides to use one-button dash in place of A1. This can be done on any controller using the controller settings. It makes triangle jump characters a lot more effective because you'll never accidentaly get boomerangs or other screw-ups.

all characters are EASY to edit. megaman,colossusm, shuma garath,etc, i even change the fireball and stuff

That's not really true. It can be done, but it takes time and dedication to do it right.  SOME characters are easy, sure. Megaman, Colossus, Silver Samurai, etc are all much more challenging.

You should make a video and put it on youtube to Tech people how to make your own custom colors.

I think the link on my site covers everything you need to know. If I have time in a month or so, maybe I'll get back to something like that. But there may be a new version of the tool at some point, and I'd rather not reference the old stuff if things change. :)

no but really, why do the edited characters keep changing colors in the game?

Storm requires some further edits we didn't know about at Evo. This was all fixed post-Evo. If you look at the new Seattle footage I put up, you'll see that our current color edit Storms look fine.

Yeah, part of the point of this was to make a visible Blackheart. White Blackheart is a lot easier to play with. :)
