Prince George's Police Dept....AGAIN? Isn't this the same police dept. that's getting sued for millions for beating up a Maryland student and filing false charges? They marched about a black police chief to speak to the media in that incident too. Blacks do not make good police chiefs.

I like how Mark Spencer smirks when saying "innocent civilians". These "police" think they are more than citizens. We as Americans need to create community boards to control these departments. They think they are in charge and make the laws. Contrary; WE are in charge and need to control these corrupt departments, and it's time to take control back.
