The people I spoke to were rude and abrupt, and didn't seem to take my requests seriously. I called back again after considering the refund would NOT be as much as the initial order, considering S&H charges are non refundable. Even after stating that I would consider keeping the product if I could return the extra ones I was erroneously charged for (!), the associate I spoke with was still rude and inconsiderate to my needs.

I have this thing. I may get a chip or something and record a dog barking sound effect and then just make it play over and over to my bark off unit b/c my neighbor's dogs bark all the time and its annoying. so maybe that will make them shut up.

My old grandpa told me he used to kick the dogs in throat with a good heavy boot and that would do the trick. I wanted to be more compasionate though, so I I had my dog's vocal cords surgically removed. He makes a funny whiny/ wheezing noise now that always makes my 3 year old laugh when she pulls the dog's tail.

I got bark off, and tested it by barking myself. Sadly, it worked. Also, I heard the noise when it was on low, and it pained my ears so much, and made my dog run off. I would recommend not buying this, unless you want to torture your dog.
