These werer actually made by a guy on BrickLink as a joke for the 2010 line. It was something he dreamed up because no one knew about the Stars at the time and everyone was brainstorming about ideas.

@dinison6 yes they are ending the bionicle NAME but they are making a new thing that's called Hero Factory but are using the SAME FRICKEN PIECES (exept like some new helmets and chestpieces) there are going to be six STARS or Agori type toys and a few big normal ones, and a couple of vehicals

But the SKRALL Will have a spear launcher. See the launcher at 0:50!

Judjing from the apperance of the drawings, and their colors, I'd have to say that they are some sort of makuta. The first drawing has 4 legs and makes me think it would be a titan set, while the last one seems very confused about his element in life ( red and green? Not a good colour combo). The second one seems like a very nasty freelancing Glatorian.
