Ram's fans just grabbed two of the most "solid" WR in the draft. Pettis and Salas are sold receivers with excellent hands. I'll take the hands and ability to catch in traffic over pure speed any day.
@banlilwayne I have watched Pettis for years. I assure you he was not a waste of a pick. He is a monster! (Also, very intelligent) I see the Rams re-signing Clayton and making him #1, Pettis 2, Salas slot, Amendola/Avery 4-5 in 4 and 5 receiver sets. I think Alexander will continue to rotate in as his knee coud still be an issue. Gibson, Robinson, and Gilyard will be filling resumes out. Gilyard could be very good if he could learn an offense. Than add Illinois Mike and now Kendriks into the mix
He was one of the best slots that UH has ever had, size, speed, hands. Like his former teammate Bess who's with the Dolphins, He can run some routes but mostly everything thrown their way is caught, and then yards after the catch. Watch how many times he could have been stopped, he keeps going for more yardage, watch for the endzone or first down markers. He has enough size that even in the NFL, if the DB's don't wrap him up and try to steal the ball, he will drag them for more yardage.
best highlight reel ever

Salas is a beast. He was one at Hawaii, and he will be one at Saint Louis. Greg Salas is a beast.
