no problem my man. i'd much rather watch real people like me and you try to make shit legit instead of that pre-packaged bullshit that comes from hollywood. yeah, thank you for taking it as constructive criticism. your passion is there but if you wanna look at some lower budget films for a little influence on maybe your next film i highly suggest you check out anything by the director "harmony korine" more specifically: "kids". but yeah, i'll def check the other movie out as soon as i can
where are you from? i'm interested in your direction..i think you're trying to accomplish more than your production can handle. but, all in all i like the vibe, you just don't have the resources to follow through. its okay to sacrifice a bit and just stay on your level. but, i'd really like to know what city these were shot in.
@cheepasskid Thank you very much for watching & for the comment. The flick was shot almost entirely in Boston, MA. along w/a few surrounding areas (Revere, Salem, Everett, etc). I completely agree with your assertion about our resources. This was my first feature and I've often remarked that our imagination exceeded our grasp in several critical areas where we had to make compromises based on budget and experience.
@cheepasskid If you enjoyed this, I'd encourage you to take a look at our 2nd feature film "The Darkness Within", which is also on youtube in it's entirety (Search: The Darkness Within Door Eleven Productions). In learning from "DUALITY", we narrowed the scale of our production for "The Darkness Within" & spent a great deal of time on keeping the screenplay original, but within our resources. Again, I sincerely appreciate you lending me 95 minutes of your time & for the kind words.
