@rxiongstie It's a seasoning mix of 5 different types of spices. Same as poultry seasoning or steak seasoning. It usually contain sichuan peppers, anise seed, and a few other spices. This ingredient cannot be substituted. Hope that helps.

I would advise to mix the marinade ingredients together in a separate bowl and hold back some reserve for brushing on while grilling. I would not brush on the marinade that was soaking the raw chicken.
