@AllahSucketh The Qur'an uses both Metaphors and Literal meanings. That's why tafsirs are made, the Qur'an uses extremely complex ancient Arabic which at times identify whether it is a metaphor. Allah uses "as if" ---- simile. As breast, Allah means chest, where your air valves and lungs are which get constricted and closed at times for going up high altitudes, that's why people wear gear when climbing mountains. But in the versions of YUSUFALI and PICTHAL it reads, (if your women are guilty of Lewdness). In the SHAKIR version, it reads, (if your women are guilty of indecency.) @AllahSucketh The Qur'an uses both Metaphors and Literal meanings. That's why tafsirs are made, the Qur'an uses extremely complex ancient Arabic which at times identify whether it is a metaphor. Allah uses "as if" ---- simile. As breast, Allah means chest, where your air valves and lungs are which get constricted and closed at times for going up high altitudes, that's why people wear gear when climbing mountains. The prayer in surah 1 does not have an instruction ordering Muhammad to pray it. It is a prayer all by itself. There is no [Say O Muhammad] before the prayer or after it. I agree with you. Allah should have not endorsed the Bible in the 7th century 400 years after pagans had changed it. The fact that he endorsed it in Surah 5:48, Surah 10:94, Surah 21:7, Surah 29:46 and in many more gives mankind the reasons to question his omniscient and omnipresent. Of course the Old Testament does matter to the Christians. It contains his history. It also contains the prophecies for his salvation. Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of all the laws of the Old Testament (Old Agreement) between God and mankind. In the version of the Quran you have Surah 4:15 may read (if your women are guilty of adultery). And that is all fine. But in the versions of YUSUFALI and PICTHAL it reads, (if your women are guilty of Lewdness). In the SHAKIR version, it reads, (if your women are guilty of indecency.) When a person commits adultery, he/she is not acting in obedience to the marital vows. The failure to act in obedience to marital vows is considered disobedience. Disobedience is considered rudeness or as you called it (rude mundane behavior). Muhammad proposed in surah 4:15 that rude behavior, not on the part of husbands, but on the part of wives warrens the death penalty. Secularism has not only helped Christianity move forward, it is a watch dog for Islam. [Surah 4:15 reads, If any of your women are guilty of lewdness (rude behavior), Take the evidence of four (Reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them.] Today many Muslim women will not die for rude behaviors.
