This is basically a final assembly, not construction. The main assembly is already done, forward, center, aft cabin, wing, vert. stabilizer, that's where most of the hours and work are done. Everything in the France plant is shipped in complete.
You might only see a few people in this video doing the wing mate, alignment, etc, but at this point most of the work is already done, different from Boeing making everything in one plant and mating sections while it moves up the line.
