Amen to what all you are saying about this gospel music today. Over thirty years ago, a minster stood up in the church and said that God told him that his people were going to take his music into the entertainment world. I am living the prophesy today. This so-call gospel music is horrible-no message and no connection in the spirit. Pray for our brothers and sisters because God showed me that many of them are in it for the money and not to worship Him.

True Gospel sung by "saved" singers, causes the heavens to open. We can stop saying that somebody is "annointed" when they are living a double life. God won't put his "anointing' on anybody or anything until we surrender and serve him wholeheartedly. He desires a clean vessel to put his anointing into. Can I get an amen to that!!!

Amen to that!!!! This junk so-called 'gospel singers' are putting out should be banned.  It's almost blasphemy. Most of it they just flipped it and brought it straight from the club into the church trying to fool folks. When I left the club over 30 years ago, I LEFT THE CLUB MUSIC AND THE CLUB CLOTHES!!! I gave the devil all his stuff back. hallelujah!!!!!

Delois had a style all her own and she could really give an old-time gospel concert. I saw her years ago when she had that hit: Through It All, and she went on for about an hour after singing that song and testifying about her personal struggles and faith! it was rare to see her sing old style, but we were down home in the South. I was fortunate enough to record this concert and sent the recording to her.

Wow! This woman was awesome. Lord, what a gift. "The Royal Lady of Gospel" left behind.... I'm lost for words right now. " My God", the generation coming along need to take some hard notes. I'm not knocking anyone way of serving the Lord - but this is what real gospel is.
