Mold flashing is the bit of extra plastic on their faces. Gun barrels are ALWAYS bent and these soldiers walk on bases. They're meetable characters in theme parks.

@GlutisBaximus because ther r two buckets; the first bucket came with radiomen, guys with guns over ther heads, crouched men, mine detectors, bazookas, mortars and the paratroopers. the newer one has guns posed with guns aiming, crouched aimers, mine detectors, sarge figures, bazooka, mortar, and paratroopers. the newer one is better, the soldiers are greener, they have more types of soldiers, and comes with a certificate of authenticity

Oh man...Makes me want to go out and buy buckets of those guys! We had at least 300 or 400 of these types of Toy Soldiers (pretty close to these) as kids and tanks galore. Oh those were the days. Maybe I should go out and get at least ONE bucket... Awesome Review! :)

I personally think this is the best set of soldiers I have ever seen, but I did have a couple of problems with it. First, the paratroopers are made out of rubber while the rest are of plastic and I don't realy see why they would do that. Second, the crawling soldiers don't come with stands. I know they don't "need" them, but when they come to life, how are they going to move with the rest of their platoon. They also come with stands in the movie if you look close enough.

I also would have loved to see a medic figure, but it is not that big of a deal to me. Who knows, maybe they will come out with a seperate figure of the same scale and material in a medic uniform. Fingers crossed. Thanks for this review JCProductions7.

Also, if you think about it, I don't believe there has ever been a medic in any green soldier toy set, both in and out of Toy Story, except for the Lego version.

this one has the certificate because it comes in the same kind of container that andy's soldiers did and it was made from the original data

the reason why they had two becuse they did not have enough time to go to the computer at pixar to design the set so the they realesed a version thats lighter green and sarge having a parachute.they had no certificate with version 2 becuse the did not design it with the digital data.

Toys R Us, also Target... If you want the one with the Certificate, make sure it has the picture of the Certificate on the side of the bucket with the poses of the army men.

Oh man! I didnt know there were two versions, I have to get this one now. I got the set without the certificate. THIS set however is the only one that includes Sarge in his movie look (no handgun, no parachute, but WITH binoculars)

I came up personally with the versions, so I could let people know which one comes with the certificate. So, Bucket O Soldiers version 1 COMES WITH the Certificate. Version 2 DOES NOT COME with the Certificate.

I hope that clears that up for you.
