Back in the day, the consensus in our crowd was Baker was the best drummer around, but he didn't look like he'd last another 3-4 years. That was 40+ years ago. He's still the best drummer around and he looks like he'll be going strong for another 30-40 years. Damn resilient fellow....good for him.

Clapton without Cream is Clapton, but with Bruce and Baker supporting the solos, he's "Clapton". Cream should've stayed together for at least another three albums.

@supsailor1885 Sorry to disagree but the Strat gives a much more "flexible" range of sounds which is very neccessary in a three piece band. I have a Strat, SG and Les Paul (plus various others including a Gibson "Lucille") and the Strat is, by far, the most useful. Perhaps EC should have had a few guitars on stage with hime (he can afford it!)
