Awesome dude, many times when I am done Ab Ripper X I will stay on elbow plank for about 1min and some times I do the ab crunch on the same position to feel it a bit more, but I really like the idea of adding push ups, very cool, keep it up :o)

you should try that but stop down in chataranga (sp?) mid pushup then do the legs. that way you hit the chest and shoulders too.

moves a beast. i did 62 reps and it felt like i was doing about 80 pushups ( i got a hi APFT. google APFT). P.T aint no joke hooah!
