  • you should try that but stop down in chataranga (sp?) mid pushup then do the legs. that way you hit the chest and shoulders too.

  • This is so exciting. I needed this. I am "home only", 60 yrs old with Parkenson's, but still want a great body. I actually started inventing something like this but didn't develop it as on this vid. You are a very good teacher and have a great body. thanks!

  • Awesome dude, many times when I am done Ab Ripper X I will stay on elbow plank for about 1min and some times I do the ab crunch on the same position to feel it a bit more, but I really like the idea of adding push ups, very cool, keep it up :o)
