Rambo all the way, because he is a trained killer. Killing is all Rambo knows and all he really does. He is the kind of guy who special forces relie on for training. The Punisher is not a super powered being or even a unbeatable person, he is just another guy who is seeking vengence. Rambo may be a tought guy... but in comparisone with the Punisher he's just a wimp. I mean- Frank Castle killed over 800 people to the begining of the MAX series.
