I always set the video to the highest quality setting. This video here is set to automatic. If you're having trouble in low light, you can adjust the exposure (to make it lighter) or adjust the white balance to optimize the FS200 for the kind of room lighting you're dealing with.

Im getting a camcorder next month and i think this might be the one, cause my room is very low light, and the quality looks good on this one.
