@Has1b I'm not sure but in my recent health class we talked about metabolism. I learned that mens' (Sorry for possible incorrect punctuation ) metabolism NEVER shuts off when they sleep. On the other hand a women's metabolism always does, meaning they can never become hungry while they sleep OR die of hunger while men can. I don't know about thirst but it may have to do something with her disease or metabolism. I'm not a girl so i don't know.
