it's good quality from the phone, but i think that some quality might have dropped from the direct upload to YouTube. If you import it to your iMac, and reformat it, it may look better. But it's pretty good quality for the enV touch!
When you are ready to record the video go to options then resolution, and set it to the highest one. That will give all the videos you record on it the HQ option on YouTube. Hope this helped you.

thats because the env touch only records 20 frames per second and the iphone records 30 frames per second. i believe that is a big factor, BTW YOUR VIDEOS ARE AWESOME, SAME TO YOU IMACARLY!!!
No, Its not the best, but it's not horrible. For a phone, I'd still say it looks pretty decent. I'm not sure if its fully processed either. So I will watch again in like an hour, and see if it improved. Either way, it seems like a pretty nice phone.
After looking at it an hour later, I'd say that it has improved. I think If your lighting was a little better that, the video quality would also improve. Try recording another video with a bright light shinning on your desk, or shoot something outside. Looks pretty good, but as somone else said, the poor comparison to the iphone is most likely due to the frames per second.

carly, its not 3.2MP, its actually 640x480. If you texted the video to your YouTube, it drops down to 176x140

ya i think its still processing, ive seen some other test videos and they quality looks a little better. so hopefully it will improve :]
