  • Cool vid

  • I was thinking of using my couch in the winter xD

  • LIKE

  • I like this vid, I fully plan to work on this as soon as I have room...but I'm six two and my house has a six and a half foot cieling :/

Either way, 5/5 for epic ideas on working inside :D

  • @AlWayZFrE3 Thank you, and due to your stature I'm sure you'll be able to adapt to different exercises that better benefit you. My video is simply a guideline for people so they can create their own ideas and regiments. Thanks for watching.

  • Howd you get those storage containers to support you weight

  • @kc192837465 I added weight to the boxes, that and I'm also really light.

  • Nice, maybe I should make something like that so I can train on those horrible cold, windy, raining, wet days.

  • awesome workout man

  • @kimikuro Thanks a lot, man and thanks for watching.

  • Thanks For The Vid I Was Wonderin If U Could give me some training ideas outside somtime plz cause im new to parkour and idk what to really train on

  • thanks for making this vid.

    5/5 for helping me out

  • No problem, glad to be of help.

  • Good stuff bor. Peace of advice. Make sure you plant all hand flat on your vaults and wall spin. That will give you more support and lessens the risk for thumb injury since. Keep it up. It shows you dont need the perfect equipment just creativity.

  • Alright, thanks for the advice. I will always step up my training. Good luck to you guys as well.

  • great!! I wanna ask you about the pull up bar, where did you buy it??and how much it cost?

  • You can buy at any store that sells exercise equipment and sports equipment, I think they cost around $20. If you get more advanced use the door frames as pull up bars, this is extremely hard and requires good finger strength.

  • Since I first doing my home workout, I'm pulling up my body at door frames, and it makes a mark on my finger..now I wanna buy a pull up bar, so I can focus on my lat to work, not my fingers again :) thx for the info

  • Yeah no problem, good luck with your training.

  • Just one problem, I don't have a big house with lots of space.... -_- or a pullup thing.

  • Use what you got my friend. You have an imagination, take advantage of it.

  • GOod stuff. Nice ways of improvising.

  • good training! I do sessions in my house or at my friend's house when ever its very bad weather or if its past cerfew for kids to be outside.

  • daniel illa....who???? that vid was pretty sweet. i got tired just watching....like parkour cat!

great work and sweet ending, lol

  • Nice!. Keep it up.

  • Sure thing, thanks for watching.
