This idea of shaving is brilliant! I really like the way you did the splines on the shaft. I have watched all of your videos over the year or so since I have been tinkering in Cnc and machining in general. I do wonder if you use cad or just hand g code it. I installed a rotary table on my Sherline similar to your set up. A sherline can actually cut in this mode! It was very fun to watch multiple processes with no tool or parts changing, nothing changed til time for cutoff. Tips?
