I am from the south side, just outside of Glasgow and even I have pride in this great city, it is my home and my heart, I go proudly saying 'I am a weegie' I am proud of that.
I went on placement for a year in Cornwall from university in Glasgow. I knew i'd miss my family and mates but what surprised me most was how much i missed Scotland and Glasgow in particular. I'm back in a couple of weeks and i cannae wait!

Greatest City in the world. Born in Canada to Parents from Glasgow and been many times. Love it and always feel at home there. There are few things as good as a having Pint of Tenants in Glasgow. When I was a kid I always fist to the Peoples Palace for a cup tea then a walk in to the toon!!
LOVE this city. Can hate it while I'm in it - but the minute I step foot anywhere else I miss it more than anything. Always love seeing either the Glasgow Airport sign or the 'welcome to Glasgow' signs on the motorway :] Glasgow is like nowhere else in the world - Glawegians are unique ... & that's the way we like it.
I study in Glasgow.. I am privileged that I am in this brilliant city.... I LOVE GLASGOW and I don't want to leave it ever
