Should be ok, I used to run the game with an 6600GT and a P4 before I bought a C2D and an X1900XT and them an 8800GT.

This game is mostly CPU intensive. As long as you don't run at Spa, during night, with rain and 30 cars it should be fine ;)

In the G25 wheel you can choose to use the gear stick to mimic sequential or h-pattern shifting. The real BMW M3 GTR doesn't use sequential, so using h-pattern is the most adequate to this car.

4 gears, what are you talking about? An H-pattern doesn't literally mean an "H" pattern (in that case, his lowercase "h" would have meant a 3-speed, lol...); the G25's got all six gears on there. It's the best wheel... EVAH!

The cars from the FIA GT championship vary too much, or at least they did in 2003 and 2004, most cars use sequential, but this one doesn't and to be honest i think that's the reason so many ppl love this cars, sequential shifting is not as fun. Anyway, some cars in GTR2 even use paddles to shift, so it depends really.

Its probably a .rar file, you download it and unpack it, usually to the Locations folder in GTR2/Gamedata, but it depends on the way it was packed, which folder they packed. Look at the locations folder and see how the other tracks are in there.

This sensitivity setting isn't very realistic, 270 degrees is much more realistic with GTR2. 900 degrees is more realistic with LFS.

No I have a 270 degrees MOMO. Didn't know you can adjust the range of te G25. Though you're steering a lot in your video, you should try a shorter range, because you can react much quicker with a higher sensitivity.

Check the in game option called "hold button for gear".

Just set it in the game controllers in panel control. Be sure to setup the car in gtr2 to have the max steering angle, 23degrees, but even then expect to have a road car feeling. I use 540-23, always max one of those values once you found a ratio that suits you, or else your wasting steering range.

It was on, its pretty strong but because i had the steering sensitivity low (not ffb strength), near the center it was weak, thats also why i have to turn the wheel so much. Its so strong it gets hard to drive at 100% strength so i use it at 50%.

It works better with sims, none of those are, but TDU is actually very reasonable physics wise and a fun game. Didn't try Dirt but heard bad things about it, don't expect G25 to "fell real" with it, although is has great graphics.

you need to configure correctly with the cd b4, and then normally gtr2 recognize ur wheel, it worked perfectly with me, didn't have to change anything. so i suppose ur installation is wrong. You do need to install the cd, if you don't have it, look for downloading "profiler" at logitech. Just google logi g25 drivers. .

Yes you can, although I believe I was using auto clutch, I don't remember, but you can turn it off and stall the car.

What use is that? When everything in the game is fake... the cars, the trees, the roads and probably the simulator aswell if you compare to GTRs simulator which was even helped being developed by real FIA GTR racing drivers. But those games are still different, LFS is more prioritised for normal cars therefore having a better need for a clutch... FIA GTR cars are not driven with clutch, well not a regular car clutch. So you are right, clutch is a better use in LFS.
