The many people who drive while talking on cell phones are a bigger problem than those who drive under the influence. Similar penalties should exist for both things. Otherwise, the result is hypocrisy.

@4teepee They don't care about that....its all about money and a violation of our 4th amendment rights. And what about the over 130 million Americans who drive every day that are under the influence of paxil, skeletal muscle relaxants, xanax, anti depressants (ssris) and blood pressure medications which have printed on the sides of the prescription: Use caution when driving or operating heavy machinery!
