Nice well of course wind the only necklace with the highest upgrade percentage oh ya for the people getting down (like me) here's a guide for ups. Wind Necklace +8 = +9 (10% broken 20% Degraded 20% No Change 50% Success) Cash Necklace  + 8 = +9(60% No Change 10% Degrade 20% Success) I Followed The Pattern And I Actually Got My Necklace +9 xD

if they banned you they had to have a reason or suspision that you did something its your fault for giving them the reason to be suspisous ( im a bad speller) and also you agreed to there terms/ agreements contract when you made a account meaning that they have the right to ban, boot, or punish you on any grounds they see fit and if you sued them thats probably the same thing you would hear

If you think i did, just use HQ (High quality and maximize the vid so you can see if i really did or not. And of course the digits would really change because my Gem is 100 and i used 3 of them 100-3= 97

100 = 3 digits

i used 3 gems

100-3 = 97

97 = 2 digits

The good thing about dark necklaces is its cool effects:

+9 Shadow Necklace effects:

1.weapon is covered with Black Electricity

2.When you hit a monster or an opponent, a black fire or burn mark always appears on the spot where you hit them

3.3 small black circles circulates around the user

4.When the user casts a skill, a Black Circle covers the user and a combination of huge flat circles with electricity appears

Some people upgrade by buying a lot of Gems and just upgrade their necklace rapidly until their gems runs out while some people upgrade by just waiting for a few more seconds or minutes b4 they upgrade their necklaces.

oh BTW i bought a shadow necklace. And yeah it was bullsh!t i spent around 1m GP to upgrade it to +9. Here's what i did: In my last 50 gems, i got nuts and unequipped all of my inventories: Armors, Runes, Necklace, PEt all of them. Then i upgraded my +6 shadow necklace.
