basically with the whole alfalfa controversy, alfalfa is supposed to be unlimited for babies, or pregnant or underweight pigs and bunnies. it has more protein and fiber which helps them to grow. its fine in a treat but like any treat too many can make them overweight

My guinea pigs love the burgess wild apple and carrot treats. Another thing i've bought before (not sure if its woodlands or burgess) is this type of herb mix. You can get one called mountain herbs or garden herb (or something like that) and i've bought them before and it smells so freaking good! the pigs love it and its so tastey smelling. I was feeding them and smelling the bag at the same time haha!

great video! ^.^ and yes, baby and pregnant guinea pigs should take alfalfa hay because it has extra calcium. But for adult piggies you should only give it in moderation, like you do, because if fed to much they could get some type of stone or buildup in there body , because of the extra calcuim

I really love how you treat you guinea pigs so well. If I had a job i would spoil them to death, but my mom wants me to pay for them with my allowance which is only $10 a week. But yeah your guinea pigs are going to have a nice christmas. I wish they had some of that stuff in the U.S.
