  • Please, let's not dwell too much on ER visits for MJ & hashish (actually 2 drugs used for this statistic). In 1998, that's only 3% of US population, plus the same people may have gone more than once (chronic abusers) in the course of 365 days. PLUS the statistic is used to affirm the relative non-danger (benignness) of MDMA.

  • the more things change, the more they stay the same...

    google "reefer madness"

  • From personal experience, it's not the Exstacy (MDMA/MDA) that is the harmful thing. It's the fucking crap it's cut with. I've had pills cut with everything from Adderall to Meth to Heroin and other painkillers. Pure MDMA/MDA high feels very clean and safe to the point where it seems healthy to take once in a while. It's the other crap (mostly Speed) that fucks people up in a bad way. There's no "come down" on clean pills like the kind you feel on adulterated bombs.

  • Is it bad to take Ecstasy just once???

  • @sk8MatiAlienworkshop

no. Doing it once will not cause much harm at all.

  • @ChowderScripts doing it a hundred times does no harm, we're not all the same, if you feel its a problem then its a problem, i danced and fucked myself two sizes down in trousers, didnt miss work or neglect my then girlfriend now my wife, didnt break the law didnt feel or get ill, didnt upset anyone made lots of friends and had a great time, so much so that i decided to be open and tell my kids so that they know and dont get led down the wrong road and they didnt and i am proud of what i did!

  • @sk8MatiAlienworkshop nope. have fun!

  • And this MTV video started the years of government propaganda, misinformation, and in particular that "brain scan" which is completely false.

I know a computer programmer who has done pure MDMA MANY times, and he is just as sharp as he was before he started it.

  • @slyscafe This episode was produced some time after the film Groove (since it was mentioned), so no earlier than 2000. That is hardly anywhere near the start of government interference with EDM culture or its publicizing in mass media.

  • it sounds like lynn had an episode of amphetamine psychosis. a large reason why i dont take any e-pills (unless it's been tested) is all the crap/cut/substitute floating around in pills.

  • i munched e from 88 to 98 up to ten a night in uk and had a blindin time...now i go to work and do all the other boring shit people who didnt do e do.and im depressed.because i have to associate with emotionally stunted, materially fixated dullards that never got on one.terminal boredom.

  • MDMA is one of the few nearly harmless drugs out there when used in moderation.

  • Who knows what this girl was taking to make them holes? How come recent research at Harvard Medical School says MDMA doesn't cause long term brain damage!

  • E is so garbage in the midwest these days not like the good o days

  • if you take e cause your depressed you are a moron, or you only feel "normal" only on e, you should see somebody. if you start abusing shit youll end up fucked anyway.

  • How many pills overall do you think shed taken for her brain to be in that condition? "my friend was wondering if his brain is gonna look like that"

  • schottkey 7th path by aphex twin as the ominous music that plays when she talks about her psychotic episode. good choice.

  • I flipped out from MDMA and ended up in a psych ward and then had periodical mental breakdowns since, it has pretty much ruined my life, mainly because I got a criminal record from when I wasn't thinking straight. Now I'm left with no options in life and my family have disowned me, If I were you.........I WOULD LEAVE MDMA ALONE.

Since then I have given up all substances that are detrimental to my health but I wish I never tried any drugs, even alcohol, totally straight is the key.

  • @goddog47 are you sure it was mdma that you took? Was it tested?

  • @goddog47

I'm pretty sure that is not extacy...

  • MDMA is fine for you in moderation.

  • If a person takes a dose at a party and falls downstairs and breaks their back, this is a death associated with MDMA.

  • 0:07 Yes you do..

  • 3:04 What is this song? someone has to know it!

  • u can never hide the eyes.....hahahahah mine get nasty...rolls ard without even realizing .....good times!

  • in the words of a medical professional, "her mind was so confused that she couldn't think clearly."

  • Hilarious, everyone who does drugs loves pretending to be experts. ill take the medical fields opinions over the users. MDMA is fucking retarded cocaine is fucking retarded both fuck with your brain and cause mental illness. Get fucking lives and find true happiness. I wasted half of my life on all range of drugs because I was depressed and had a shitty childhood. It takes strength to move on a coward escapes into drugs and doesnt face realiity. Oh and coke and MDMA cause brain damage

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT The same could be said of alcohol. It's all a matter of moderation, really. Though I think alcohol sucks and MDMA is the greatest feeling in the world.

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT any substance you ABUSE causes damage. Same thing with alcohol. People over do it and are ignorant about the affects it may cause IF you ABUSE.Dont abuse, dont over do it and you'll be just fine

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT

Cocaine does not cause brain damage (it is very cardiotoxic however), and the most recent study on MDMA (2011) found no cognitive impairments and points out the flaws of other studies: "Residual neurocognitive features of long-term ecstasy users with minimal exposure to other drugs."

  • I'm gonna say this was amphetamine psychosis.. I had it..

  • True life is terrible and completely biased.

  • what's the tune that starts at 3.06?

  • The holes are from snorting coke

  • @MyBlackmagic666 Could be. We'll weigh your PhD/MD against the other professionals. I'd suggest you watch the documentary excerpt that has been posted as a response to this video. There was an animal study done (Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore) which shows that (at least in animals) there is neural damage with MDMA administration. If you want to save some time, skip to 10:10. There are newer studies contradicting earlier ones; make your own informed opinion.

  • @alexeykh

The newest study on MDMA-induced neurotoxicity found no cognitive impairment. This same study exposed the many flaws used in previous trials: "Residual neurocognitive features of long-term ecstasy users with minimal exposure to other drugs." I would not trust that study from Hopkins, seeing as it might be from Ricaurte and all.

  • @alexeykh The study used on monkeys saying that MDMA puts holes in your brain was actually false becuase the pills that they had administered to the monkeys contained meth and that is what was proven to put holes in your brain. So the main danger or "ecstacy" is it cut with other harmful drugs such as meth and others. Pure MDMA itself is actually not harmful if used wisely and by wisely I mean to not over use it and let the serotonin in your brain regenerate with takes a couple months

  • @MyBlackmagic666 are the holes hypoperfusion regions ?

  • @MyBlackmagic666 the holes are from youtube's brainwashing

  • obviously if you abuse e its not gonna be good. it needs to be taken on occasion. i mean bi-yearly kinda job.

  • would've avoided the horribleness of this past year. Now I'm stuck at *barely* fifteen years old, trying to learn to enjoy life again, with an even worse addiction (eating disorder) to try and get through. Then again, all the turmoil could be because of me, or my age, or my hormonal development. Nobody knows. But I can still warn people... you never know what you'll get. Keep in mind that I used E just 2 weeks ago and am planning on using next weekend, so I'm not preaching at anyone haha

  • I felt completely depressed and unhappy with myself- by this time I was 13 and a half. My self-diagnosed depression has lead me through a hectic past year of self-mutilation and bulimia. Yet I continue to use it, and more often (dependency?). I obviously can't say for sure that it is related to MDMA, but I do know that the more I use the more depressed I feel. I feel like a crazy person. I have the unshakeable feeling that had I never tried it my emotional health would be much more stable and I

  • I know lots of people on here are going to defend it, but my experience with ecstasy has completely been a regrettable one. The thing about it is that you're playing with pandora's box- you never know what you'll get; most, if not most, are fine, while others like me can develop dependency and/or depression. I'm 15 and I've used MDMA roughly 20 times over the past 2 years. 6 months after my first use I remember feeling depressed and someone suicidal, but didn't relate it to MDMA. By my sixth use

  • It's not harmless but used in small doses every now and then is a wonderful experience. However, as I know, you can have too much of a good thing, and thats it's biggest problem. Also much of the shit thats sold as Ecstacy isn't. There no denying though, pure M.D.M.A. can be beautiful. Just don't overdo it.

  • @stormin300 You have it spot on. moderation is key. My cousin recently drank himself almost to death and he has permanent brain damage now and basically can't function normally now he will never be the same. alcohol is perfectly legal. MDMA is a beautiful substance and i enjoy it. people just have a very different view on this misunderstood chemical.

  • I took ecstasy every weekend and some week days from 89 to around 97 and I have no long term side effects!!! Ive held my job down and never been arrested once as a result of my e usage!

  • So this girl had a psychotic breakdown...how do we know it was the drugs?

  • All MDMA does is block the receptors releasing serotonin so the excess serotonin can not be absorbed back into the receptor. It also releases Dopamine which controls movement, hence the term "Rolling" and it also releases Oxycontin which is the post orgasmic hormone which is why people can connect with random strangers so easily. MDMA is not bad, i will stand by it until i die. If you abuse anything can hurt you respect it and you will be fine. Take 5HTP to rebuild serotonin levels. FYI

  • @Filthydub48 Oxycontin is a synthetically produced drug, not a hormone.

  • @alexeykh Yes Sir, you are absolutely right! Oxycontin is a synthetic Narcotic Drug used to relieve pain which is present for a longer duration of time. Clubbed with Alcohol in large quantity - Sure Death!

  • @alexeykh I meant Oxytocin i apparently can't spell it right but it's the post orgasmic hormone so that's what i was referring to

  • That's not her brain, it's a Brain Activity or Blood Flow Scan. Those aren't actual holes in her brain. Keep in mind too that if she's been in a psych ward after taking ecstacy she's probably been all sorts of downers.

    BE OBJECTIVE

  • yeah one pill can keep u awake for like 6 hours..and not all of them are positive outcomes

  • yeah one pill can keep u awake for like 6 hours..and not all of them make u all relaxed..><

  • "In 1993 (...) Marijuana was the subject of 29,200 mentions, each a separate episode.

However 50% of marijuana episodes included use in combination with alcohol. Use with cocaine was involved in 40% of the marijuana-related episodes, though some of those also involved alcohol. Of the 29,166 marijuana-related episodes, 50% or 14,853 were also alcohol related, 30% or 8750 involved the use of another drug besides marijuana, and only 20% or 5883 were the result of the use of marijuana alone."

  • how many times has she done mdma?

  • this happened to my ex boyfriend who had used ecstasy since he was 15 yrs old when he was 19 he had a psychotic breakdown and was in and out of psychiatric wards for 6 years he had damaged his brain and now suffers with manic depression and will be on medication for the rest of his life. I am not saying it happens to everyone but it does happen and those who take it and think they are indestructible are fooling themselves.

  • i was on extacy for 20years.. you feel low for a couple of days, then fine.. i dont know if i have any long termed side effects.. i do eat SSRI daily.. dunno if it´s all the E i had in the 90th:s-00.

it´s really cool to eat many at the same time and have hallucinations on them.. like on LSD but with a smile.. perfecy combo, E and LSD.. but i dont do E anymore becurse they dont work when on SSRI..

  • @midihooker It is quite possible you need to take the antidepressants because of damage to your normal brain chemistry. Your use of your prescribed medication for non-prescribed uses is a bit alarming.

  • @alexeykh

yes. it´s probably the reason..but when i was 18-29 i dident think of that.. i thought i was indestructible.. but have a nice life now days anyway. But felt like shit for five years or so..so take it easy with those little pills.. there is a life after 25 also.. although you dont think so when you are younger.. take care dudes..

  • @midihooker 'i dont do E anymore becurse they dont work when on SSRI.. ' They don't work when you do exstasy constantly for 20 years. Nothing works, then. Nothing but stopping.

Your rationale is an absolute load of shit. Ask a psychiatrist. Ask any doctor. Burning out brain cells? Exstasy is the worst drug of all for that. Worse than acid or coke by far.

I was an acid head. I eat the maximum dose of effexor and lamictal every day. Or I get angry and violent. So I do it.

  • how many times has she done ecstasy?

  • If she seriously had holes in her brain, they were probably from the coke, not extacy.

  • @fryBASS Possibly. I'm not too knowledgeable about cocaine effects. Crystal Meth use definitely has the effect of deadening areas of the brain.

  • @fryBASS not to proof u wrong but xstacy can do that.

  • i wanna know who the hell went to the emergency room off of weed. out of all those people some might be here on youtube

  • Full of falsehoods.

  • I first encountered Ecstacy in NYC in the '70s. When I asked what it was, no one could explain, so I didn't take it. I won't even smoke pot anymore. All that stuff distracts me from being functional as an adult. I do feel glad I experimented with some drugs but really, that stuff is no good. We are better off with clean living, sex, exercise, nature, work, family, friends, creativity. Greetings from France.

  • @CuteCatFaith Amen!

  • she was probly freaking out more because of sleep deprivation than ecstasy use, not sleeping will make someone more crazy than any drug ever could

  • Ecstasy is deffinetly not addictive but its lots and lots of fun, so thats why people keep using it, not cause they have to but cause they want to.

  • @lil40water1 Still, habitual use always leads to tolerance, so you end up taking more to get the same effect of a drug you are self-medicating with (not having a proper knowledge of pharmacology).

  • @lil40water1 thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard. that would be called addiction....

  • This would explain why I have no Brains left, LOL - shit

  • Does Ecstasy make peoples arms go funny or something?

  • 76k for pot... ROFL.

I doubt the figure is that high.

  • I've used E on a daily basis. I thought I couldn't be happy and awake without them. now I use them maybe 2 times a year. much more fun when you use it like I do now.

  • Random as hell, whats the uplifting song at 4:06? Im trying to remix it in Ableton so I can DJ it at a rave

  • 5:07 Aphex Twin - "Schottkey 7th Path"

  • She became manic because of Serotonin Syndrome, you need to space out your ecstasy, once a month should be safe.

  • @Brimmy11 yea! i know, if you drain all your serotonin (Happiness) then you get depressed.

  • @cjoshskull25 You're right about serotonin drainage. But, Serotonin syndrome actually refers to an excess of serotonin in the system. It can happen under circumstances as common as a person say taking antidepressants in combination with opiods - say, in the case of someone with chronic pain (treated with Vicodin) & subsequent depression (being treated with say Prozac). The combination of the 2 need to be watched for adverse side effects related to serotonin toxicity.

  • People are going to do MDMA regardless. Is it better to have it regulated and sold to adults as a 100% pure product or keep it on the streets where kids are going to get pills cut with meth and BZP

  • 76,000 for marijuana? Probly 76,000 medical marijuana patients for check ups....MEDIA TWISTS EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The only people who are against drugs are those who've never taken them, or those who were really bad at taking them.. Fucking government propaganda, totally biased argument

  • @PnutButter1986 Good thing you're a successful drug taker. You get a blue star for that.

  • @alexeykh Hey I'm not condoning drug use, just saying that in the commercial break I bet there was a Miller light advert portraying it as some babe magnetising wonder drink... Fact is alcohol kills more than any other drug

  • @alexeykh ahhhh the sweet taste of success!

or is that Saturday's twix candybar?

Maybe I should brush my teeth?

  • @PnutButter1986 your in a delusion, i used mdma responsibly for a year and saw the horrible effects it had on my mental state and body, just wait till something happens to you then you won't be so pro-drug

  • @PnutButter1986 So true!

  • It's saddening that people blame drugs for their own irresponsible behavior. If you misuse a drug it's not the drugs fault, it's yours. I have many friends who use molly (not ecstasy which is, more often than not, highly impure) and they live relatively normal lives. None of them have been hospitalized for their drug use and their experiences on drugs have always been of a positive nature. As ray505ray stated, moderation is the key. Know your drugs and know your limits.

  • she was halucinating from the e pills cut with acid

  • @chaosspawn420 naw you an deff hulluc from mda or mdma, trails, etc

  • @chaosspawn420

why would you cut an E-pill with acid when acid costs the same if not more than E?

  • @goropeza05 Wow, party economy must have seriously changed since 20 yrs. ago! LSD now costs as much as X?

  • @alexeykh yeah thats the case as of 3 years ago since the last time I used. clean now, but i still don't regret a thing a single minute of it!

  • @chaosspawn420 That's absolute bullshit, there is no LSD in XTC pills. A small percentage of the MDMA in pills gets converted into MDA by the liver, and MDA is more of a psychedelic compared to MDMA.

  • People will always use drugs. The problem is not the drugs, its the people who use them and sell them to kids. Moderation is the key. Plur

  • @ray505ray It's not the heroin, it's the user. Right?

  • @alexeykh yes

its always the user not the drug....

i roll atleast once every 3 months....

  • @killerhappy214598 So, it's the unbalanced mental state of the fiend who injects his veins with the smack (remember we all self-medicate, a person who's doing jim dandy has no need of altering his mental state) not the dope itself?

  • @ray505ray P.l.u.r

  • @ray505ray Exactly. People will always use/make/smuggle & sell drugs, no matter how easy or hard the sentence is, tougher penalties only makes everything worse; prisons get overloaded, criminals controlling the drug trade raise prices because of higher risks and will defend their trade violently. All in all the cost for society will rise along with all of this.

Legalised drugs, available under certain conditions (18+ age, mandatory education on responsible usage) is the way to go!

  • @LT89NL We can´t legalise drugs! We must find a solution.

  • This is just silly look up deaths caused by alchol violence caused by alchool and E. duh....

  • Also finding the few case scenario people who cant remember what they took the night before< it is mixing mDMA with other substances that bring on the psychosis. But Of course since all they remember taking is E. Well the media runs with that, trust me these kids were offerd othere substances after there Epill the pill is the only thing they remember taking FIRST. it is the only thing I use everthing else just sucks and doesnt make me feel good. My seritonin receptors are fine...

  • lol dehydrated? Scare tactics! I been doing e since I was 17 not every weekend somtimes go a year with out or two if im working really hard or during weekends. Lets get real about drugs there are some that ruin your life and some that are not addictive at all. And if theres brian damage I sould be a zombie at 32 now and im not. My spelling has sucked all my life so it aint that. Also any bad feelings people might get are from the governement cracking, if they didnt it would be more pure.

  • I think ecstasy should be legalized. That way when you buy it, you know it's not mixed with other drugs or toxins, you see the potency written on the package like the "proof" in alcohol, and there is a list of symptoms & instructions in case of overdose on the package. And if you have medical problems, you can go to a hospital knowing you won't be arrested for taking illegal drugs. Because it's illegal, it's dangerous like "moonshine" was during the alcohol Prohibition.

  • @qwexas They're not even sure 100% what it does physiologically (& long term effects); and you want it available at your local liquor store or pharmacy?! Would you need a prescription?

  • @alexeykh I've heard it might be useful for treating PTSD. It might have other legitimate medical uses. I would only have it sold to adults, who should be considered responsible to take their own risks with their bodies. You don't have to keep taking it long-term; you can use it once to see what the experience is like, or only special occasions, or take small doses for a little boost. People should be allowed to take a risk, then we would know more about it. Risk leads to discovery.

  • okay she got bad mdma for one. for two, also mdma is a SERIOUS drug, not one to be used like marijuana, tobacco, alcohol or something like that and it shouldnt be compared to ANY on those. the absolute most you should use such a thing is once a month but that can be too much as well. your serotonin(the chemical that makes you happy) needs time. rare use does no permanent damage in my experience and i use it and have used it over a period of 5 years with no problems at all. this is biased

  • @blaisfun She did not get MDMA, aka "Molly". She got some bad pills probably heroin based and she had a lot and was overdosing. MDMA is really not that bad, pure ecstasy is not harmful to your body much like marijuana. MDMA can even be used medicinally to treat depression.

  • @taylorunderattack In my opinion... You don't know what she took. And if what you suspect is true, then the adage of many here about "know your dealer" is of no avail because her dealer was her boyfriend.

  • The kid at :44 the reason ur so popular among these people is cause they think ur one of the stars off of "Lord of the Ring"or off the movie gremlins.

  • who are the 76 000 people that went to the medical room for pot?

  • @AllThingsManly The internet is a wonder, ain't it? Enquiring minds...

  • @AllThingsManly People who have panic attacks.

  • I love how they proved that the "holes" in the brain are a lie. Everyone please take a look at the Harvard University Study.

  • why does everybody have a pacifier?

  • i've been using mdma for around 20 years and it's great... there were times when i took larger doses but mostly just use around 125 mg every few months and it's always the most wonderful experience

  • that girl with the short blonde hair was also on "national Geographic Drugged:Ecstasy"

  • they forgot the part that ex puts holes in your brain

  • @bitcyknw nah dude that's a myth.

  • there is no generation on this world who is saved from drugs!!! it does not matter what kinds of drugs each generation faces that EVIL!!!

  • 1:13 Heiroglyphics

  • This was made in 2001 almost 12 years ago they should make another one with more theories and tests

  • I hear aphex twin

  • "Do I look like I'm ready to have an orgy?"

    Why yes, yes you do.

  • I think cannabis is safer

  • @jammingwithmarley I think either the emergency visit amounts for weed was either a lie OR the people that had visits to the hospital were being paranoid.

  • @jammingwithmarley that shit makes u lazy and boring

  • For the person who tried to post the same comment 7 different times:

(& I repeat), say what you mean and mean what you say. As stated in the video description popular crude "euphemisms" just get automatically deleted.

  • alright so the statement at 1:40 complete bullshit i feel like they accidently flipped the numbers around

  • ecstasy has potential to be safe, but the fact thats its illegal makes the safety of the drug itself in the hands of bad people.

  • What a bunch of fruitcakes.

  • Rolled about 50-70 times.. rolled for 4 days straight before.. Its fun and I thought why can't I do something if it makes me feel this good.. I believe in God, and know God exists, I realized I couldn't quit this by myself and didn't know why it was wrong.. but the Lord showed me and the truth is I can't serve two masters. I wont be able to be with those I love and also be on E all the time.. the next life will be more intense I know. Control here will be easier to gain. Pray for help quitting

  • @nickgoering - What the lord was telling you was that you're self control was very low not that MDMA was bad, anything is bad if you have too much of it, same with alcohol, cheeseburgers, hog roasts, Christmas pudding etc...

It's all about moderation and you having self control over your own body..

MDMA is wonderful if used about 3 times a year, probably 4 maximum..

  • Smh .. dum asses .... kids stay in school get an education go to college become something positive ... DONT DO DRUGS BECAUSE EVERY BODY IS DOING IT ... NOT EVERY ONE IS DOING IT ... DRUGS R FOR LOSERS smdh

  • @313mzsexycherry ........ .. ...... ...MORE DOTS PLZ OK?! By the way everybody & everyone are written together. Evidently you're the one who needs his grammar reshaped.

    -casual MDMA user

  • @Damaruth Astute observation, but "does Bud (or in this case street drugs) make you wiser?"

  • @alexeykh hell no, does alcohol make anyone wiser? Not a single drug for my knowing can raise one's IQ. On the other hand from my experience some drugs can change the way you observe your surrounding world. Steve Jobs and Bill Gates had both done LSD in their early ages and they both turned out to be billionaires. I don't say that drugs are good for anyone, but for some people they can give new perspective. MDMA/ecstasy in it's pill form today is 90% of time junk.

  • @alexeykh But pure MDMA itself causes less emergency rooms visits per year than aspirin or paracetamol! World does not need shit propaganda to scare people away from drugs. The people of our society should rather be given hard facts, straight information about drugs. How they REALLY affect you etc. Telling someone that don't use drugs, drugs are bad is like throwing gasoline to the flames.

  • i like how crystal method drops in at 1:16. ecstasy is an amazing drug but the thing about that is that it's easy to get addicted to it. i've been there, and i've watched most of my friends go there, and it is easy to abuse, so if you're going to do it, PLEASE use moderation. if you give your brain a good while to restabilize between trips you should be fine, but the worst thing you could do is binge on it, it will fuck you up.

  • Yeah, it's not the E alone. It's a combination of all of the other drugs. And the hole in the brain theory has been debunked, so that's false statement. The psychosis she experienced sounds more like a meth deal.

  • (2/2) The brain is unable to regulate its water retention with out salt present (its all been sweat out), the brain absorbs too much water, expands and can cause death. the best way to prevent this from happening is to stay hydrated with sports drinks which contain salts and electrolytes. Be safe My friends. Knowledge is power.

  • (1/2) @1:55 this guy is a Dr.? body temperature goes up, people get dehydrated and then die? People die from Over hydrating. MDMA creates a high body temp, this causes you to sweat out all the fluids in your body, but more importantly the salt as well. salts in your body regulate the fluids your brain can absorb. MDMA is a amphetamine and reduces/eliminates appetite. sweating = dehydration + drinking water = HYDRATION(this wont kill you) no food = No Salt consumed(problem).

  • ecstasy: it makes you follow little old men around

  • so i need this questions answered by anyone whos not a dumbass lol but about 7months ago i got caught selling E and weed and using last time was in may2011 i took it twice or like 3 times in 2 weeks 1 per weekend but only twice my body seemed to react fine i could think, i drank water, not bad trip AT ALL if i were to take it again knowing its not cut would my body act differently to it or like would it be the same as before sorry if im not making sense hahahaha

  • @rozz2656 there is the variable of what you took before and the dosage. as long as what you took before is what you get again (mdma) your body will most likely have the same reaction, given it is in its pure form and not cut. If you must experiment make sure you know and trust your resource and always research on pillreports. com. Keep hydrated with sports drinks(over water) and replenish with vitamin suppliants and 5-HTP after a long night. Please Stay Safe.

  • Fact: Drugs are not for everyone

Fact: MDMA has never been proven to bring on psychotic behavior in mentally stable people IN RESPECTABLE quanities.

Fact: MDMA does NOT cause holes in the brain (look it up. PLEASE!)

If you abuse ANYTHING (even celery!) your body WILL react and it will fuck you up. Don't let this scare you from taking MDMA. Just be intelligent and don't abuse a good thing!

  • It was probably ecstasy laced with acid or some shit.

  • u know what, Ecstasy aint that bad... i used to pop around 6 pills every weekend. and im serious, every fuckin weekend for about 2 years. its been 3 years since tha last time i did E and i feel perfectly fine. but i respected that drug and knew my limits and also kept hydrated while on it. only a couple of times i went overboard and popped a pill, had a couple of mixed drinks, and smoked sum chronic at tha same time but even then nothin happened to me... never had a bad experience with Ecstasy.

  • drugs arent for her

  • It's funny how it's the abusers (i.e. weekly/fortnightly) that are telling people not to use it.

  • Her story about ending up in the hospital is sounds familiar. I have done MDMA a few times, but earlier this year I was at a show. Things went from really amazing, to really bad within minutes. Horrible trip and I thought I was dying, didn't know where I was and how I got there and demanded an ambulance because I was convinced it was "over". I did more than I initially thought, which is why the trip happened but it was easily the scariest experience ever.

  • x drains your spinal fluid and is not good for you in the long run. remember you can say NO, (and still have a lot of fun).

  • That fucking mom is bugging me, what a panicky pete. How about a nice beta blocker

  • its makes ya feel good but it can kill u it killed my ex boyfriend from dehidration lol so es it can kill u if u dont take it the right way

  • ecstasy fried my brain DONT DO IT!!!

  • @junty1245 how did it? I did it a LOT like 8 years ago and feel kinda fried from it in some ways...my memory is shot and I need to read over things like 2 or 3 times more than if I had never done it.

  • Well, this is interesting. Though I'm completely for ecstasy, I believe she probably had some other crap in whatever drugs she was using, after all God knows what drug dealers put in them. Because drugs are illegal, there is no safety with taking illegal ones because the people that sell them just want money. The MDMA you get could be incredibly impure.

MDMA has been tested before on humans and none of these symptoms came up, either this is an incredibly rare side effect OR it was something else

  • @perfectxx100ify I seriously doubt there has been extensive enough research on the drug to be able to say that it is free of side effects. Even pharmaceutical grade medicines all have their side effects to varying degrees on different individuals.

  • @alexeykh That is true, there is little research on it with humans. And there is known side effects, although in the research I have seen it was reversible. (Memory lapses for a max 6 hours after taking it, 5-4% levels of decrease in serotonin in the brain, however after 24+ hours they gradually returned to normal.) That research about 'holes in the brain' (Not on here, older research) can't and hasn't been trusted because the diagram shown was serotonin levels and NOT actual holes.

  • @alexeykh She didn't say there were NO side effects. The direct quote was "none of these symptoms came up" key word 'these' as in the ones displayed in the show.

  • @alexeykh

MDMA taken in a therapeutic setting, in my research, should cause no negative long term side effects. When in a recreation setting, things change: temperature increase, dehydration, no food, no sleep, mixing with drugs, adulterants, etc.

  • @almostskater3210 Actually it raises your blood rate a lot and forces parts of your brain to process things that shouldn't be going that fast so for "CERTAIN" people with "CERTAIN" problems MDMA can be VERY dangerous short term and long term. Do research and ask a doctor for a list of your problems befor you take E.

  • @perfectxx100ify All i can say to you is out of 15 friends who took e back in 1988 in england 7 of them including me have had problems in later life , my memory is terrible my spelling and grammer used to be great but now at the age of 37 i have problems spelling and "thinking" fast , yes MDMA at that time was amazing but is not worth the problems i have had due to its use , i took e for 2 years the after effects hit me around when i turned 30 , dont do it plz its not worth it

  • @bobnudd how many times did you take it though? I have a ton of friends who have done it and never do it again.
