Vampires usually want their victims alive so they can drink their blood over a period of time. @takulu64 Yukari's ability is the manipulation of ALL boundaries, and that is why she is considered arguably the most powerful living being in Gensokyo. But, Yukari is lazy, and she is not evil.

Flandre's ability is not to destroy absolutely anything and everything. She has the physical and magical power to cause immense destruction but to say that she can destroy anything is overestimating.

Remilia can't fully control her power, and Flandre needs to exert effort, meaning, she has to hit what she wants to destroy. She can destroy anything with her physical and magical power but not just if she wants to.

Yukari can manipulate all borders. That means she can control reality itself. Time, Space, almost everything. If you can control the boundary between fantasy and reality, real and unreal, then everyone else's powers are useless.

It's been debated by fans everywhere and it's been agreed that, with the exception of Shikieiki Yamaxanadu, Yukari is the most powerful being in Gensokyo. The Touhou Wiki agrees with that, and they only state that Flandre has immense destructive power.

Besides, The ability to destroy something is insignificant to control of reality.

@takulu64 For all you know, Yukari is responsible for their powers. Yukari, along with Reimu, maintains the Hakurei Border. If Reimu or Yukari die, Gensokyo is destroyed. So, Flan can't kill Yukari, because if she does, everyone dies.

Nobody in Touhou is actually evil. They're just conducting acts, selfish or otherwise (Suika), that will stir trouble in Gensokyo.

The 'villian' in SA is Kanako. But Kanako only gave Okuu the power of nuclear fusion to help the kappa with their work. However, Okuu didn't know how to use this power, and abused it.

Kaguya was escaping the moon, and Remilia was committing a selfish act.

In MOF, they just argued with the gods, and it was resolved.

Byakuren is the only non-evil stage 6 boss out of all windows stage 6. Like Remi, spread scarlet mist that blocks out sun! Or Yuyuko, steal spring to see what the Saigyou Ayakashi does in full bloom! Or Okuu, use nuclear powers to burn down Gensokyo!

But Byakuren? She tried to make human and youkai equal but was sealed away... but was forced to fight the heroines after being unsealed. She didn't do anything so bad.

@BubbleMusic911 I'm sure if you thought hard enough, you could find a reason to make Byakuren's actions seem evil. But, I agree. Well, that is what makes her story truly tragic and makes it more 'Emotional', if you know what I'm saying. ;)

Like everyone might've thought like "No we should be able to believe what we want!" idk, just made that from top of my head XD

@BubbleMusic911 What she said and what she did were different. She claimed to fight for equality but she favored youkai to the point of sacrificing her ship and the lives of its crew to gain Murasa's favor. She wasn't noble, she wanted to live forever and served the side that promised her that. She eventually realized she was fighting for the right cause for the wrong reasons but by then she had killed too many people and eventually caught, too late to make amends. She gets the chance post-UFO.

@BubbleMusic911 None of the stage 6 bosses were really "evil" outside of Okuu and Remi. Yuyuko was just being stupid. Kaguya was fleeing the moon, not intending to hurt anyone. Shikieki is the Yama, she didn't do anything bad in the first place. Kanako was looking for faith, but was misunderstood because of how suddenly she appeared.

@cjn1414118 I don't think Remilia was that evil either. As I remembered, she released a red mist to block the sun because it was her weakness and she wanted to go outside to move freely, which in the end all she needed was an umbrella lol.
