  • So good, they named it twice.

  • Cool!

  • Wonderful.

In Britain this would be one of the hardest birds to video....

  • One appeared this year in Prespes lakes in Greece. Pretty rare one..

  • do people eat these? It looks delicious

  • @TheDarryl50 Yes, this bird is known to be delicious, but in Europe corncrake hunting is very limited.

  • Would someone please answer the door?

  • crex crex! Wonderful views. Also common rosefinch 1:05

  • ten film jest rewelacyjny gratuluje

  • AMAZING footage--would love to read some details about where it was filmed.Very professional either way

  • is it filmed in a zoo?

  • It's so cute.

  • Impressive footage. Where exactly is that? Unfortunately in West Europe this bird is very rare.

  • i wish the one outside my window would just SHUT THE FUCK UP.

  • Szuper felvétel KÖSZÖNJÜK !

A mi ablakunkból hallani esténként és kerestem a hang miatt érdekelt milyen állat.

Itt még hallani remélem sokáig. ( Magyarország Piliscsév )

  • I have seen this bird only once - dead it is sometimes killed during hunt for the common quail in eastern Europe by mistake Bulgarian name is Ливаден дърдавец

  • Very impressive footage, I don't know how you tracked it for so long! I've been working as a Corncrake Officer for RSPB Scotland in the Western Isles for 4 years and I've never seen one! I count the calling males at night and record their numbers.

Declining in the UK too, only really found in the islands

  • How the hell did you manage to record this one on video?!?!

I've had them several times both in DK and Poland, but I've never actually SEEN it..

  • What beautifully clear footage - thank you.

  • I like this video and its wonderful colours. This bird is known as ´Wachtelkönig´ in german language, I had to look this up because I´ve never seen it before, since it has become very rare here in Germany (and some other parts of central Europe) and as an endangered species, it is under protection. This means that under normal circumstances, you never get to see one in nature here in our regions.

Thanks for sharing. I like your videos, since they are always special !!

  • Thanks!
