You could compare the chances of capturing a UFO to let's say, witnessing a plane crash. UFO close encounters typically appear at random and quickly disappear. With that in consideration one could easily assume that the chances of having a high definition video capturing device around while either a plane crashes or UFO event happens would have to be in the lower percentage rate.
A big newspaper in holland (Algemeen Dagblad) had a article about Winston Churchill who covered up UFO sightings in the 40's/50's, because he thought there would be major panic.

Your comment is somewhat interesting, but what if humans considering themselves to be 6 feet tall for example, on a more complex level are so tiny that they can not even be seen, what if on a cosmic scale, they are infinatly small, what if matters forms into some kind of 'nazi bell' around this world wouldnt it be realistic to make the statement that this planet can be an artifical one or really small on the scale of universe?

You could compare the chances of capturing a UFO to let's say, witnessing a plane crash. UFO close encounters typically appear at random and quickly disappear. With that in consideration one could easily assume that the chances of having a high definition video capturing device around while either a plane crashes or UFO event happens would have to be in the lower percentage rate.

What everyone seems not to know of is that the Allies had most of these designs as well, but made the SMART descision not to produce them.
Taking something from drawing board to PRODUCTION takes massive resources, best make thousands of P-51s instead of a few "high tech" machines.
The Germans spent far too many resources on projects that lost them the war.
