If you listen closely you will hear a hiss in the background when Victor speaks, and the background is silent when the interviewer speaks(apparent in the original interview).To me this is a sign that the interview is not recorded in a live one-on-one situation.It might have something to do with the voice changing device, but all the same, it's a little fishy.

I still think this is likely Brent Spinner who played Data on the Next Generation series. The voice is virtually identical. Vic says the darkness he believed is for for the benefit of the alien here but in the Art Bell interview he says he wasn't sure if that was the reason. Ok it is just silly and unrealistic to say that the dialogue is scripted and acted out. Obviously the questions were thought out, and they say in the video that some questions were OKd before asking. This "Victor" is at least consistant in his interviews. Coming from a medical standpoint, if the being is having repiratory difficulty, why dont they administer O2 or whichever gas composition has been determined to be most beneficial. Grabbing the head and mouth or jaw area is only going to induce more distress.
Has anyone ever considered that maybe this is a human from the future or different timeline? Radiation, GMO ?foods, etc are all modifying if not mutating human DNA. Who knows?

@NulliusHominisNomen I went and listened to a couple of interviews from Bob Lazar and I don't think the voice matches. I still think this is likely Brent Spinner who played Data on the Next Generation series. The voice is virtually identical. On the other hand I am fairly sure Lazar is a disinfo agent not 100% convinced but fairly sure. He says several things that really don't add up. However the voice really doesn't sound the same.

Some believe they are spirits or even demons. We dont really know the technique that has been used to record this.. right? it could have been originally series of photos or just some recording from back up camera or security camera or something like that.. and as you probably know, that security cameras have jerky shots cos the settings to capture for example every two or three seconds.. this might be the explanation.. anyway, there is plenty more interesting topics about this video..

@TheVeneth The quality of the vid is not good because its been rerecorded several times. I also try to lighten it up a bit which is why it gets light and dark. Vic says the darkness he believed is for for the benefit of the alien here but in the Art Bell interview he says he wasn't sure if that was the reason. The quality may not be good but the movements of the aliens facial features would be hard to fake, not impossible but hard. It wouldn't have been a series of photos I don't believe.

Yesterday I watched again the original Victor interview footage and also a video where someone cleaned up his voice.
That he might be the telepath is really a good guess! That would explain why he's so emotional when he watches the Alien suffering on tv during the interview.
