the officer used the appropriate measures in this case. people seem to only focus on the actions and not the environment. the motorist is not just pulled over for speeding but also is missing a tag on the rear of the car. High speed traffic is passing feet away. the officer only used his tazzer after moving the guy to the rear of the car. Please look up use of force and try to understand what it means.
