Wow, i just went through a bunch of "rare pics of miley" videos, and yes some are bad, but some of them are so stupid. Like the second one in this video is in alot of videos. You can't even see the face?! That could totally be someone else. And has anyone ever heard of photoshop. Many look-a-likes could be in any of these vids. Now i'm not saying she shouldn't be held accountalbe for the stuff she did do, but seriously? Look at your average teenaged girl. Yes that includes basically 13-19.
