  • Hii,

would you consider making a lesson on Lost in your lovin' by Tab Benoit? I kinda figured out the main parts but I'm getting stuck on the solo's all the time.

I can play the song pretty accurate up untill 1 minute 48 seconds

    Thanks in advantage.

  • thanks man, I just got turned on to Tab Benoit, good lesson!

  • @cheesecrackers007 Your welcome. Tab is the man!

  • Shut up and play!

  • @deafphoneoperator Read the other comments fucktard

  • @BrannonMcConkey why would i do that?? there were enough words in your video to write a book. if i have to reed to get your point then i'm pretty sure your video isnt worth watching.

  • @deafphoneoperator If you weren't an impatient 5 year old, you might not only learn a few licks, you may indeed learn a little musical history. It's bad enough getting sucked into the whirlwind of a clicker culture lifestyle, but you want to jump-step into being a good guitar player? Take some time, watch different videos, take what you want (or nothing), and move on. I do things a little differently. Watch it and learn a little, or don't and fuck off. Never heard so many lazy retards in my life

  • @BrannonMcConkey I'm pretty sure i know enough about music. I've been playing guitar long enough I'm allowed to click and watch. Oh and chill out. Talk about retards, someone makes a comment and you snap.

  • @deafphoneoperator I watched your videos, and no you don't. You could benefit from a variety of lessons. You could benefit from a dose of humility and reality also. Of course, that doesn't matter anyway. You are allowed to watch, not watch, like, or dislike. You are also allowed to comment - even rude, ill-concieved, lazy, unhelpful comments (even if you don't deserve to be commenting). Likewise, I reserve the right to put you in your place for being a smart-ass, marginally talented brat.

  • @BrannonMcConkey lol wow. do a little research yourself and notice the dates of those videos i posted. they are a few years old and i've gotten better over the years as i'm sure any musician has including yourself. Thanks for your courtesy. bye bye then.

  • A little less talk, & a lot more action.....would have helped greatly.

  • @AmusedRedneck I don't know, I feel like i'm a good counterpoint to the guys who throw up a one minute "lesson" and call it a day. I think those videos are necessary, and, while mine are certainly not *necessary* in any sense, I think a longer video, getting a little history, is a good thing. I will try to get another video on Tab and focus on more detail of his playing.

  • Can you post a lesson on shelter me. please

  • @WATERFOWL3R What album is that from?

  • @BrannonMcConkey Power of Pochartrain

  • It was hard to get passed all the talking...lesson is ok!

  • @gymhourfee Yeah sorry. I'm a historian and I tend to delve into historical detail.

  • Thanks for the post. You did an awesome job and TB is a good player

  • Dude, I thought it was pretty good. I saw him live a few weeks ago and he rocked. Don't worry about that buckwheat guy, I am sure that he doesn't know Tab, just watch his videos he is a hack drummer. Tab even cracked on buckwheat once live.

  • @skippy3840 Do you mean "bakeisjamn"? Buckwheat didn't say anything wrong (regardless of whether he knows Tab is of no consequence to me). I may admittedly be a bit loquacious, but I am a strong advocate in the history of music (history in general). I provide the lesson, AND I provide the background. Most find it interesting, but some don't have any patience. Oh well. You win some, you lose some :-)

  • @BrannonMcConkey I agree with you man, I think that the background is important. Both of those other guys had no business slamming you, other than they have nothing else to do. I checkec out alot of your other lessons and think that they are really good. Keep it up !

  • @skippy3840 I wouldn't say they slammed me (especially Buckwheat, he didn't do anything lol), just a little odd. But thanks and I am glad you enjoy!

  • If I want a documentary ill watch the history channel and not someone on you tube that thinks he knows the guitar!!

  • @bakeisjamn Hahaha. That was actually pretty funny, so I will leave you with that last comment.

  • @bakeisjamn Yes because everyone knows that Youtube is all about what YOU want.

  • @gtrjunky ;-)

  • Little less talk and a lot more action please!!!

  • @bakeisjamn Hey if you can't listen to a little history, perspective, or are an opponent of personality, go watch some socially awkward person who barely has a concept of guitar give a 1 minute lesson.

  • his folks live across the bayou from me i know him real good

  • @buckwheat39 Wow! So cool! When am I invited for supper? :-)

  • ain't that a shame he lost a grammy nomination to new orleans ladies tune he he he

  • @buckwheat39 I didn't hear that. That is a shame! I know so much music it's coming out of my ears, and my record collection is scary deep. And Tab is my all-time fav bluesman...that's saying something. He's got it.

  • Thx for the lesson ;)
