Sure, I agree its not the most exciting part when applying it but its the end result that counts. I would suggest you try it- you just might find you like it. I use a treatment of oil and egg once a week and it does wonders for my hair!

I'm not an expert on hair, but I do know that we need proteins to produce cells, which is needed for the hair. The good use of proteins is that they give us amino acids, which we store inside the cells.

So I'm not saying that citric acid would help, but I'm not saying that it is impossible.

Dude, yes. I started 2 days ago. The first time I did it, I combed out like, 30 hairs. This morning, day two of this, I combed out maybe 5. And it isn't just falling out all the time now. I did this and I used cocnut oil on my scalp and left it on all night. It has at least stopped the crazy hair loss.

to be honest mate the longer the better, minimum 1 hour i would say, but i usually apply olive oil/ egg yolk and lemon juice about 7pm and leave it in before i go bed say 11 then wash it out, ive recently discovered the best thing to put in your hair is garlic juice!! slice some garlic cloves up and squeeze the juices into your hair and do the same, also i recomend 20mins a day scalp massages, its very effect notice new hair after 3 weeks if u keep it up, good luck :)

to everyone asking, i put olive oil in my hair every 2 or 3 days, so yeah 3 or 4 times a week, leave it in for a hour longer if possible, its radically reduced my hair loss let me tell you lol plus drink LOTS of water, blow that caffine fizzy drinks off!!
