When you place a marker in the video editor, choose "Target" or "Free" as the view point under the camera option. Then select the "Movement" option and the camera should move from that camera point to where you placed the camera in the next marker.

You should read the Europe_videoeditor_readme.pdf file located on the root directory of disc 1 for more info and a better explanation.

Just upload a video with a resolution of 1280x720 or higher. To record one with Fraps for example, use the full-size setting and record when the game resolution is 1280 or higher. With certain programs you can also strech the resolution but that will also reduce quality.

Number 1 is caused by ramming into a car whose passengers/driver are smoking, they spontaneously combust because of that. The car might explode too.
