Thanks for sharing this important information. Checking your statements is vital!
We are well aware of errors and improper practices of banks- which is why we created a free service "Spank Your Bank"- where Aussies can send a "spank" to their bank and access a vast collection of free resources about banking and personal finance.
Interested to try this as i think you have to take the risk to try it yourself. I do think the money back should be something more like money back if finding equal to or less $250 dollars errors and if thousand then i pay $500 total. It would be fairer and more honest product. Other wise it's a gamble only! Hundreds more videos all free for property investors at my lifestyle channel. Bye
Same here, I didn't find any errors. I wouldn't pay for this software on the promise of thousands of dollars of bank mistakes!!
If you want to buy mortgage software at least download a free trial so you can see what you are getting for your money (Eg from Home Money Manager, or CNET, or search for mortgage audit software to find others).
Yes, I have the software. I bought it about 8 to 10 years ago, I think.
I used it about 1/2 dozen times and rarely found anything worth noting....a few cents here which was often wiped out in the following month by another small discrepancy the other way....and then put it away.
I agree with the sentiments already expressed....if you are competent with a spreadsheet you can keep a close eye on things.
