It works best on older, slower Pc's. The trick is to nearly overload the system by hitting ALT/TAB and bringing the game up again. Running Fraps at the same time also helps to freeze the opponents.

All I can say is that it may take a couple of times before you'll hit ALT+TAB at the right moment.

You only need to press ALT/TAB briefly to

minimize the game. The best moment is when the opponents start to appear on the grid, like in the video, before the countdown starts.

Hmmm, it doesn't seem to work for me. Tried it in a knock-out race. If I return to game after Alt Tab the game is paused once again. Upon starting the race all cars start as usual... :-(
