When you turn the cheats on It won't let you save. So yes you can urn them on to fuck around. The next time you play the game you will just load from where ever you were before you turned on the cheats allowing you to stll grab the achievements.

inlineskater this game is not crappy its actually a very great game.red faction was my very favorite game when i was a kid i beat it 7 times and red faction guerrilla is a version of red faction 25 times better. but the only thing i will miss from the old red faction is first person and making a hole in the ground to drag and put peoples bodys in it and making my own fortress in the rock of the mines but since this game does not take place in mines you cant blow through rock.but great game :)

this game has a lot of "oops" moments in it which is wh y i love it. once while messing around i managed to dive a construction truck into the second story of an EDF held tower. they were a little pissed that i brought the tower down and drove out of the remains. oh good times. my friend also managed to get his ass impailed by a 40 inch tire going 100 MPH. sent him flying into the window of a third story building. this games awsome.
