I think it is funny , but off all pirate characters in different movies, I think Geofrey Rush as Barbossa - repressent the true classical view of the pirate in every performance or movie. (certainly not Sparrow, sorry fans). To bad it was all Disneyfied in a sence, but Geofrey Rush (also in Elisabeth) in its role as Barbossa (or another fictive pirate) deserves in its role a more realistic view like Master and Commander is.

Sparrow is more a goofy rogue then a pirate, Barbossa is a fuckin pirate!
