DC Assault is AAU, but u dont just try out, u gotta be invited. I was invited to play for 14B a couple years ago, but i turned it down & played for MD Madness & we went to Nationals, but you should look for some local teams if your just getting started, or ask your friends

their are other big teams in the area like team takeover, slam n jam, & triple threat. but its best that if you're new to AAU to join an average local team so you can shine and get noticed by other coaches. but those big teams get more college looks because they play in top tournaments and travel all over the country.

When I watchd my bros team play AND BEAT them, they really are wht they are named. My bro, only white guy on the court, got sucker punched in the gut while taking the ball out, kid got ejected. Good team tho, its just that FOH Milwaukee, class of 2005 was a forgoten team, who won Kentucky Hoopfest and got screwed out of the playoffs at Super 64 cause George Karl wldnt put up the cash to keep them there. FOH Mil = greatest AAU team ive seen, besides the Atlanta Celtics with Dwight and Josh Smith.
