It's not technically 'vegan' ice cream unless the yogurt you added was soy yogurt. Vegan means no animal product - even honey isn't considered vegan. :) Also, fish isn't considered vegetarian. Looks like a fairly healthy meal, though. Good job! :) I've never tried shakology. Does it contain casein or dairy?
You are such a man in the kitchen lol. Let me share with you something I bought for under $20 Black & Decker RC3406 6-Cup Rice Cooker and Steamer. It steams fish and veggies all at once. If you are eating rice(brown/wild) it does that too at the same time and really small. Let me know if you try it. I'm gonna look into shake powder thingy.

What I really love about eating healthy is it is very very cheap to do. Like my grocery bill dropped $100. I'm on week 3 of a body building diet.
