  • Only 10 will be made??? Thank goodness for small miracles. What a P>O>S>

  • Worth less crap a skater or mti will smoke tht peice of shit.

  • quantos litros isso gasta por hora? agora dá para enteder porque os EUA lutam no iraque....rsrsrsrs

  • Are those the exhaust from the 'Back to the Future" Delorian?

  • Joe Buuuuhertt.

  • Boat looks very outdated and the driver looks a right bellend...

  • the detail really shines with the hand written "TUR" in permanent marker. The permanent marker is symbolic of the quality and long lasting engineering.

  • Honstly the boat is horrible looking it looks like it belongs in the 80s.

  • nice machine really nice

  • Nice engine placement! Nothing tears a family apart like a grenading turbine engine!

  • Did "American Know-How" build those glasses at 1:45?

  • 2 quite 4 me, i lik raw hp do u??

  • Thats fucking rubbish. Heap of shite!!

  • sounds like a hair dryer

  • this looks like an 80's boat with an 80's video to back it up.

  • try to race it with a bass boat might be it off the line but in the long run it would win

  • @deekeller1

Considering the Bass Boat speed record is over 110 MPH I'll put money on an Allison or Bullet over that boat. Looks like it's doing about 80MPH.

  • fuckin thing is ugly and slow as well.

  • that doesnt look very fast for being a TURBINE engine.

  • NOT EVEN FAST...

  • people that have 1000 bills in there pocket's thats who

  • Sent diesel turbines to the scrapyard...? Do you realize that over half of the fuel used in this boat is lost to maintaining the compressor levels and ignition. It is extremely uneconomical. It a hot boat for going fast for a short period of time but your cost of operation is 5-6 times that of a diesel. Take a set of 440 hp Yanmars into a surface drive and CRUiSE the same boat at 60 knots for 140 litre/hour vs over 1000 liters per hour turbine....who has that much fuel?

  • the commentator for this video sounds like a retard.

He should have read the script a few more times first

  • @charles81076 I think the announcer is either wearing very tight underware or his nut havent dropped yet...but you are right...he does sound like a retard.

  • ante gamhsou

  • to be honest tho, they look stupid in skiin goggles

  • Comment removed

  • @fetusman1 LOL what a retard you want to jerk somebody around behind your little 40mph turtle boat go buy one. This is not a skiboat you idiot.

  • this thing so fast it can drive on LAND ! ! xD

  • i want one too

  • Sounds beast :0

  • there is a boat in a marina called endangered speciesthat kan go 170mph and with race fuel 190mph

  • very hot...i want 1

  • the driver looks a right cock

  • The guy with the goggles looks like he's ready to go back to the future with that thing, LOL :/D

  • NERD ALERT!!

  • Forget the goggle comments. Thank God y'all weren't wearing fighter pilot helmets and popping totally unnecessary showoff flames out the exhausts. Is that a PT-6 or that new less expensive equivalent turboprop they use in cropdusters? Does it drive a jet pump or a prop? Very nice boat, I wish I had it. If I win the Lotto I'll call you when the check clears. 'Till then, the 16ft with Evinrude 70hp will have to do...

  • Very ugly.

  • sorry,its nice but it looks like a 1983 bayliner w/ a new bunk paintjob..but what do i know

  • Bayliner does not make cats....just sayin.

  • I want one

  • floor it

  • OMG I LOVE HIS GOGGLES WOW holy cow

  • ugly

  • 1) Unlike piston motors, urbines typically run thousands of hours before major service.

    2) Turbines burn 4-6% more fuel than piston engines.

    3) Turbines weigh half what a piston engine does. Less weight=faster speeds/better fuel economy.

    4) Turbines do cost more than piston engines but you make that up with less service. Buy your turbine boat from someone who will service it when the time comes.

    5) Don't forget the "cool" factor. :)

  • i heard turine engines can burn up to 40% more fuel at idle, the plus to that is you can use many different, less expensive fuels

  • no idea

  • very light weight as well, plus i would think much more reliable at higher hp levels

  • Not to mention how much turbines cost!!!!

  • AND it only gets 15 gallons of diesel to the mile AND you get a free pair of gay goggles with every exclusive order..

  • If I'm going to run only 800hp might as well have piston engine. It's probably cheaper and quieter. If your turbine doesn't go 180mph+ it isn't worth it. It'll sound to fast for what it does. Two-Stroke FTW!

  • i kinda agree i think i would rather hear the roar of a v8 then the whine of a turbine, i dont know why people like that noise, So yeah it sounds like you doing 100 when your doing 30

  • turbine has more power an tq...plus 1/4 the weight..better gas milage..and sounds like a beast..plus not any one has one..v8 dime a dozen

  • i don't know about better gas millage, turbines burn almost as much at idle as they do at full throttle. the rest is true though, seems like more of a race application to me though, imagine trying pull someone behind you, actually, that is what hand signals are for

  • sorry man but turbines get way better gas milage..look at this..im a tank mech.. the abrams use a agt1500, it makes 1500hp and get around 1 mpg. tugging 72 tons...are recovery is a 88 it have a tein turbo v12 des..and has around 1100 hp and also weights 70 tons and gets 1mpg on a good day..so the turbine make 400 more hp and get the same mpg..the agt burn most of the fuel thats entered in the flme tube..the 88 is like a damn train..so much unburned fuel..cant even stand behind it..

  • if you're right don't be sorry

  • Sorry Charlie, the M1 FADEC will suck the 500 gallon fuel tank dry in less than 30 miles at max load...(You think the turbine makes 1500 hp all the time?) Anyway, not sure what your education is but the M1 gets .6 miles per gallon (TACTICAL IDEAL) but in practice less. IF you take a coarse in thermodynamics you will find over half the fuel consumed by ANY turbine is used to sustain compression and combustion VS under 28 % for comparable diesel. Turbines are great in planes

  • who s talking. michael jackson.
