Are you still using stock pickups on thi vid ? Just asking because I'm just waiting for delivery of my LS 150 and your tone is great. Now I have LS 90, excellent guitar, but it has different pickups, MKII that are a little hotter than PAFs on LS 150 , and they give beautiful sound and I see no need to replace them. What about LS 150 ?

@ibek1200 thsi was the stock pickups. They had the shiny polished covers and the sheptones have the brushed matte nickle covers.

The sheptones are so much better than the MKII's that came in the 150 IMO.

Cool sound, nice playing. What kind of cab/speakers do you use? How are the other channels of the Splawn? Have you ever compared this amp with a Soldano SLO?

@RVG1904 Totally different than a SLO. the nitro is like a really really pissed off jcm800 with a much bigger low end. The clean channel is good for a high gain amp but not nearly as good as the titan's cleans and the titan's cleans aren't quite as good as the renegade's cleans (with the kt88's)

Hooboy. Sounds really good. You've got the chops to really deserve a class guitar like that. I really want an LS150, but I'll only reward myself if my playing hits a level - good inspiration to practise though.

I assume it plays like a dream?

It plays VERY well. much better than most gibsons. There were a couple of 59 VOS reissue gibsons that more or less play on par with this guitar but for the price of one of those, I could have 3 or 4 of these!
