Rugby is AMAZING! I love it. I need to find a local team but its really not a huge sport in the US so its hard to find a team close by. I played for North Bay rugby in Aberdeen Md a few years back when I was in highschool and it was amazing! Its such a demanding sport and keeps you in incredibly good shape!

american football cant be compared with rugby. sure a lot of the players in the NFL are really strong and have good stamina, but some are just to be honest fat. In rugby all players must have a very high level of stamina. Rugby players maybe in most cases dont weigh as much as NFL players but they are better trained and master strenght and condition. Rugby players dont use pads which makes the sport more demanding than NFL, and I think its a shame that the sport isnt big in the USA.
