  • Offerfish12, thanks for the comments. I've had to cut 2 inches off of the exhaust recently due to an accident. Looks a lot shorter now but still sounds great.

  • Holy shit can't believe how much of a difference that made. Sound awesome mate good job.

  • Why have music on when its an audio clip of exhaust sound/. rather of putting, but good clips, ta.

  • @steffydog1 I understand where you're coming from but the extra volume of the new pipe was so obvious to me over the music that I kept it in there.

    Thankyou for your comments.

  • i see you went with the street triple, nice bike mate, this is one of the bikes i am considering upgrading to, at the moment i am liking the hornet, street triple and the z750.

what a difference the new pipe makes, sounds awesome and i think it looks a lot better also than being tucked up under the seat.

so whats the verdict, are you enjoying riding your street triple, is it a great bike?

as be both liked the vtr your input would be helpful and great videos as well keep up the good work.

  • @xShootzx my apologies for the very late reply!

The Street Triple is a great bike. It is unique, torquey, and fast. Could you ask for more? I think not!

I was thinking about the CB600R, and the Z750 looks mean, but I'm glad I chose the Street Triple. My only complaint is that it is too easy to ride when it is going too fast!

  • Great video! And I don't even have or want a Street Triple. Keep it up. Great effort with cuztomising the pipe so it fits, and looks great.

    Go [the friggin] Aussie's!!

  • @greenangryman Thankyou for your comments. I enjoyed making the video and the bike feels so light without the undertail pipes. I reckon it looks pretty cool. Cheers.

  • Thank god I had great speakers! Fucking awesome.

  • @LtGlenn Ha, ha, ha! Thanks very much for your comment.

  • Sounds great! Good job.

  • @uncti Thankyou.

  • How tall are you?

  • @OGMASSA Hi. I'm 5'10" - the bike is a little higher than my old Honda VTR250, but with the stock cans removed by this little fresco, that bit of extra height doesn't bother me at all.

  • extremly well done

  • @Frostschwinge Thankyou.

  • I'm usually not one to mention this sorta thing but you shouldn't play music during the parts where you are comparing exhaust notes.

  • @piero914 Fair enough, but did you use a decent set of speakers or headphones?

  • @BradPham Yeah I have a real nice set of headphones on. Don't get me wrong, The bike sounds real nice but i found the music kind of distracting, thats all.

  • @piero914 Point taken.

  • nice video

  • @stooFRA Oh, thanks very much for your comment.

  • VERY nice comparison, i would even say the best comparison of exhausts for the street triple on youtube ! here you really can hear a sudden difference !

  • @Jumpar89 I was self-conscious about the new exhaust and this video actually helped ME appreciate the improvement in exhaust note! And thanks - I'm very happy a fellow motorcyclist digs my exhaust vid!

  • Very well made video.

Can you tell me the price of the exhaust delivered to Aus? And was this shot with our without the db killers.

  • @D3ADSY Thanks very much. It was $570 delivered. I did NOT have the db killers in for this video. They sent 2 different db killers with the exhaust. They sound fine but, of course, I prefer the sound without the db killer in.

  • @BradPham Thanks. So it is not excessively loud without db killers? It sounds good.

If you leave the exhaust stock, do you need to leave the footpegs on for the brace to connect to or does it connect to the rear sets? The foot pegs would ruin the look of having a low exhaust.

  • @D3ADSY I do not believe it is too loud without db killers. If your neighbours complain you could use one of the db killers. They still sound good.

The brace connects to the rearsets so, yes, you can remove the footpegs.
