Hmm, well it's an Airwrap combined with Wristwraps. Once the poi are linked one direction of spin will add twists and one will remove them as long as the poi heads stay on the outside of the link.

After that, once the poi have landed on your wrists you can move them around freely hence the change into Horizontal Plane and Horizontal Airwraps.
